“Environmentally sound disposal” means disposal in a manner which will project human health and the environment against the adverse effects of the hazardous wastes and other wastes. It includes:
- No disposal of e-waste in household trash
- No mixing of e-waste with other trash
- No dismantling of e-waste
- No burning /incineration or buring of whole or components of e-waste
- No disposal of any negative value fractions of e-waste outside of recycling facilities
- No exporting of e-waste (if not compliant Act 917)
